cce stops working with error in windows 7

hi there

i have a issue with cce sp v2.70.02.12
after encoding cce stops with a error.
i know this is a problem that exists in windows xp and vista for a long time

but none of the kill error solutions from prodator works in windows 7.
i tried the vista version but no luck.
