HCEnc v0.24 beta with 1 Pass VBR mode

Hi all,

1st of all: A happy new year to everyone of you.

hank has released HC v0.24 beta wich features a 1 Pass VBR mode. This is similar to what my tool HCShredder was trying to achieve (or at least have partially achieved). The 1Pass VBR mode is more or less the result of several discussions hank had with manolito and me. I have been testing the new version for some time now and that was the main reason why I've remained so silent with HCShredder. May be HCShredder will the light of the world in a different version.

P.S.: Hint, Hint....HCEnc^n should be perfectly compatible with 1pass VBR mode. Haven't tested since because I'm out of time though.
