Request for review: Document discribing AQE specific ECL-settings. TIA

Hi all,

I have a little request to the VM community. Esp. to you AQE users.
Since the AQE homepage "vanished" I have packaged the most recent
version of AQE and uploaded it. VM was so kind to host another copy.

Recently I´ve been working on Qu2AQE again to fix some issues.

My idea:
Generate a package consisting of AQE (latest beta) and Qu2AQE (preconfigured
for the AQE residing the the same directory). Beside those two programs I´d
like to incoporate some more infos. Beside encoding matrices and may be
some example scripts I´d like to add a document which lists all AQE specific
settings inside the ECL file, the accepted values and their purpose.

I´ve tried to bring some structure in the thread here in the forum where
those ECL-settings were discussed. I´d like you to review the documentation
and provide feedback here in the thread. It´s a word document but does not
include any macros. So do not be afraid from any virus.
