Is there a good program that can convert pal to ntsc? any input would be great...

DIKO can do that provided that input is progressive... Converting interlaced PAL is much more complicated. What is the matherial you want to convert? Home movies, films, sports?

another question is: why do you want to convert PAL to NTSC? Most Dvd Players should be able to handle both...
