erro de audio

Bem, eu comecei a ter um problema com o diko...

Eu faço exatamente o mesmo processo sempre e nas ultimas vezes, um único arquivo ficou sem audio, o detalhe é que eu converti 7 videos ao mesmo tempo, com o mesmo formato de video e apenas um ficava com problema. Então tentei converter apenas um e deu na mesma.

Todos os arquivos ficam com o audio completamente correto, apenas um fica sem qualquer volume, já verifiquei o original e está normal.
