I've tested AQE 0.33.0.6 but in encod AQE do not use the matrix given
It modifies it systematically (especially the part inter)
It is a bug or not?

It´s not a bug ! It´s a feature ! 

AQE optimizes any given custom matrix when QMatOp is enabled.

  When I have time I'll have a look at it...but it sounds like SciFi, this matrix must come from somewhere?! It's not generated by AQE......

OK I just checked. I ran an encode with QMatOp disabled. The proper matrix is used. The only explanation I have for you is your ECL must be wrong somewhere?! Corrupted?! Or it's not really this one which is called. But in anycase, I checked when the ECL is correctly formatted, the given matrix is used.

Hmm no no whatever matrix is set it can be used...the problem is in the parsing of your ECL file. I suggest you to correct the matrix part of your ECL, I think the tabs and spaces are not correct.
