@SAPSTAR

Hi mate! I just tried AQE out with Rebuilder PRO in order to look at AQE behaviour in this backup tool. When the encoding phase getting started, occurs the following error:

AQE stays stopped and after closed the current window the same error occurs with others segments until RB abort the process.

JFYI ! Sad

Hmmm really strange....I'm using it all the time...did you check that it works with the real CCE SP ? Did you try to reboot your computer ?

@SAPSTAR

Yep, It works with CCE SP by ECLCCE.exe 1.81. It always works in this way. One question: do you use the FREE version of DVD-RB ? Mine is PRO 1.0 RC 6.0. Should be that the reason ? I was thinking that perhaps be a dll question. Is AQE compiled with VC++ 6.0 ? If yes, maybe the use of msvcr60.dll can to do the trick ...

I'm using the PRO version like you....it can't be that...Did you replace the previous working version with this new one, or did you create a new dir ?? (AutoQmatEnc.exe must be able to access the DLLs coming with the install)

The only other explanation I could see is that I compiled this version with another computer than the usual one....but it shouldnt make a difference...

I'm currently running an encode with DVDRB  v1.00 RC6 with it without any issue ?!

Are you able to make this AQE run outside DVDRB ? If not, there is something wrong in the installation...most probably an environment path....

[EDIT] Just to be sure...tomorrow I will recompile it with the usual computer...but there shouldnt have any diff.

@SAPSTAR

That´s very weird so! I'm using this new beta ALL TIME out RB (I did two ran to analyse bitrate distribution and I had already posted but I must have done some mistake cos I'm not seeing the one around).

I must to investigate what's happening.

THX for your assistance. Smiley

@SAPSTAR

I puzzled out to correct the error: I just uninstalled the DVD-RB; after that I installed the up-to-date FREE (0.93) version and so I upgraded to more up-to-date PRO (1.0 RC6). No more "VC++ Runtime Library" error. Smiley

The previous FREE 'core' installation was very old and explains (maybe) the weird error. Now, I will can to go ahead in tests. Grin Wink

JFYI. Smiley
