Automated Multi Avi Wav Extractor and Remuxed Wav Avi *Updated*

I wanted to extract uncompressed pcm wav from one or more avi using virtualdubmod but i wanted to automate it as much as possible making it easier, so i came up with this over the weekend. Imagine you got 5+ avis it can be tedious to extract one by one even using the job list in virtualdub. Its even speedier to just use this even if you just got 1 avi.
It will auto extract pcm wav from every avi you have in that folder automatically using virtualdubmod, it dosent alter your avi in any way, just extracts the audio.
Video - Direct Processing Mode, Audio - Full Processing Mode
All you do is select where your avi folder location is and choose a destination folder to save the extracted wavs to which can be the same folder as the avis.
Copy all 3 files to your virtualdubmod folder. It has to be run from there. Now run the exe
I hope you find this useful.
Get it
>>>Here<<<
EDIT:
I now included the option to remux your avi and save it back with uncompressed wav.
EDIT2: I have edited this post as the link has expired on yousendit.com and I have uploaded it to an alternative permanent link, I hope you dont mind Markymoo.

I want to add a little How-to with regard to this tool so that people wont get confused. Basically I just wanted to clean up with markymoo said in his post and make some some nice easy steps to follow.
First of all you need the latest beta of VDubMod version 1.5.10.1 beta 2439 which you will find on cable_loco's post
>>>here<<<
NB: This version of VDubMod can also be found in DIKO's sub-folder 'vdubmod'
Now download markymoo's
Automated Multi Avi Wav Extractor and Remuxed Wav Avi
from the link above.
1. Extract both the VDubMod and moopex to the same directory.
2. Once this is done open the folder that cotains both VDM and the moopex.exe.
3. Double-Click on the moopex.exe and you will get a small window pop up.
4. Select the option: 'Multi Wav Extractor'. You will now be asked for the folder containing all your source AVI's.
5. Once you have selected your folder where the source AVIs are kept, it will ask you for a destination folder. I usually select the same folder where all the original sources were kept.
6. Moopex will now launch VDM and begin to extract the Wav files of all the AVIs contained in the source folder.
7. Once moopex has finished then you select the option: 'Avi Wav ReMuxer'. This will now ask you for the folder where your original AVIs and extracted Wavs were stored. This is why it is a good idea to keep the Wavs in the same folder as the AVIs.
8. Next moopex asks you for a destination folder. You can use moopex to make a new sub-folder where your original AVIs were so as not to overwrite the originals or indeed select any other folder you wish.
9. After a short while moopex would have multiplexed your new Wavs to a new AVI file and the job is complete.
I hope these steps are clear enough to follow. If not then please feel free to make any comments in the discussion thread relating to this tool which can be found at the first post in this thread.
